Bear KompleX 2-Hole Gymnastics Grips - Cross Training Grips For Pullups, Weightlifting & WODs

Tired of torn palms ruining your workouts? These Bear KompleX 2-hole gymnastics grips are here to protect your hands while you crush your training sessions! Designed specifically for cross training, weightlifting, and gymnastics, these grips provide the perfect balance of protection and feel. The 2-hole design gives you secure wrist support while maintaining excellent bar feel for movements like pull-ups, muscle-ups, toes-to-bar, and kipping exercises. What makes these grips special is their breathable material that prevents your hands from getting sweaty and slippery during intense WODs. They're perfect for protecting against rips and tears during high-rep bar work, but they're also great for kettlebell exercises, rope climbs, and any movement where you need a secure grip. The quality construction means they break in nicely but maintain their protective qualities workout after workout. Whether you're a CrossFit enthusiast, gymnast, or just someone who spends a lot of time on pull-up bars, these grips can seriously extend your training time by preventing those painful hand tears. They're designed to be durable enough for daily use but comfortable enough that you'll actually want to wear them. The wrist support helps distribute pressure during hanging movements, reducing fatigue in your forearms. If you've ever had to cut a workout short because of hand pain or torn skin, these grips are literally a game-changer. Bear KompleX understands what athletes need from their gear, and these grips deliver professional-level protection for everyday training!
