Climbers, this Ocun Eagle HMS screw carabiner set is serious quality for both indoor and outdoor use! You get three carabiners in different colors (blue, green, red) which is super handy for color-coding your gear or just keeping track of which carabiner is which. The HMS (pear) shape is perfect for belaying and securing, with that smooth, wide gate that makes handling ropes so much easier. What I really appreciate is the screw-lock mechanism - it provides that extra security when you're working at height, but the operation is smooth and intuitive even with gloves on. The 7075 aluminum alloy is lightweight (only 73g each) but seriously strong with a 25kN load capacity longitudinally. The ergonomic curved back feels comfortable in your hand, and the O-profile of the upper bow really does make a difference when you're working with safety devices. Seriously, if you're building out your climbing gear or need reliable carabiners for professional use, this 3-pack offers great value without compromising on safety or quality. They're certified to EN 12275 and EN 362 standards, which gives me confidence in their reliability. The screw gates operate smoothly without sticking, and the colors are anodized rather than painted, so they won't scratch off over time. Whether you're sport climbing, trad climbing, or using them for rescue work, these carabiners perform exactly as you'd expect from a reputable brand like Ocun.
