Serious campers, this Nordisk Asgard inner cabin is exactly what you need when you want some privacy in your tent without sacrificing the social aspect of camping. Designed specifically for the Asgard 12.6 tent, this separate inner cabin creates a private sleeping space for 2-3 people that zips closed, perfect for when some people want to turn in early while others stay up around the campfire. The technical cotton fabric blend (65% polyester, 35% cotton) feels comfortable and breathable, while the 150d Oxford polyester floor provides solid waterproof protection. At 3.7 kg with a packed size of 62x32 cm, it's lightweight enough to bring along without adding significant bulk to your gear. What I appreciate is how easily it attaches inside the main tent - secure and stable without complicated setup. The dimensions of 370x180x200 cm give you plenty of room to sleep comfortably while the main tent space remains available for gear storage or socializing. It's particularly great for family camping when kids need an earlier bedtime or for groups where different sleep schedules might conflict. The quality is typical Nordisk - excellent craftsmanship and materials that hold up through multiple seasons. If you already own an Asgard 12.6 tent and want to maximize its versatility, this inner cabin accessory delivers that glamping-level comfort and privacy that makes camping feel more like home.
