For Star Trek fans, this Classic Enterprise model is an absolute must-have collectible that captures the magic of the original series perfectly. The NCC-1701 measures an impressive 15 inches long by 7 inches wide by 6 inches high - substantial enough to be a centerpiece display but not so huge it overwhelms your space. The light and sound effects are what make this model special - it actually recreates the familiar hum of the engines and features voice clips from William Shatner as Captain Kirk. Requires 2 AAA batteries (included), so you can start enjoying it right out of the box. The detailing is impressive - from the saucer section to the nacelles, it looks exactly like the ship from the classic TV series. The packaging celebrates Star Trek's 40th anniversary, making it collectible right from the start. Crafted by Art Asylum, who are known for quality Star Trek merchandise, so you're getting an authentic, well-made piece rather than a cheap knockoff. Perfect for display in offices, man caves, or any space where you want to show off your Trek fandom. The quality feels substantial - no flimsy plastic or poor paint applications that plague cheaper models. Whether you're a lifelong Trekkie or introducing someone to the franchise, this Enterprise delivers that nostalgic thrill every time you see it. At this price for a licensed, feature-packed model of such an iconic spacecraft, it's collectible quality without the collector's price tag.
