Military collectors and history enthusiasts, this Hornbeam Militaria ribbon is the perfect replacement for the 1939-45 Star medal. At 6 inches long, it's the full-size version that matches original specifications for this important World War 2 award. The colors are accurate and vibrant, exactly as they would have been during the war era. This star was awarded for operational service between 1939 and 1945, making it one of the most recognized campaign medals from the Second World War. Whether you're restoring an old medal, replacing a damaged ribbon, or creating a display piece, this ribbon delivers authentic appearance and quality. Hornbeam specializes in military reproductions, so they know the importance of getting the details right. The material feels appropriate - not cheap or synthetic-looking - with the proper weight and texture for medal mounting. Perfect for collectors, reenactors, museums, or anyone preserving military history. The 6-inch length gives you enough material to properly mount the ribbon while allowing for trimming if needed. It's also available in 12-inch and 1-meter lengths if you need more for multiple medals or different displays. If you're working with original medals or high-quality reproductions, this ribbon ensures your display looks correct and respectful. The attention to historical accuracy makes this suitable for serious collections or educational displays where getting the details right matters.
