Hey campers! Let's talk about something that doesn't get enough love: tent footprints. If you've ever woken up in a damp tent or had to deal with a torn floor, you know exactly why the MSR Universal Footprint is worth every penny. This isn't just some extra piece of gear - it's insurance for your expensive tent. The regular size measures 87x87 inches, perfect for MSR Zoic 4 and Front Range Shelter tents, or any similarly sized 4-person tent.
What does it actually do? Well, it creates a protective barrier between your tent floor and the ground, keeping moisture out and preventing wear and tear from sharp rocks, sticks, and whatever else nature throws at you. It's surprisingly lightweight at just 13 ounces, and packs down super small to about 10x10x1 inches - easily fits right in your tent's stuff sack.
Made from durable, waterproof material that's built to last through multiple camping seasons. MSR backs it with a solid 3-year warranty too, so you know they stand behind their products. Whether you're a weekend warrior or a serious backpacker, this footprint will extend the life of your tent and make your camping experience way more comfortable. Trust me, your future self will thank you when you're sleeping dry and comfortable instead of dealing with a soggy tent floor.
