Zlirfy Trailer Breakaway Switch Kit - 4FT Coiled Cable With Electric Brake Switch For RV Towing

Alright trailer owners, this breakaway switch kit is one of those safety items you hope you never need but absolutely must have! The Zlirfy breakaway system includes a 4-foot coiled cable with electric brake switch that activates your trailer's brakes if it somehow becomes separated from your towing vehicle. The construction is seriously durable - stainless steel switch body that's rust-proof, waterproof, and corrosion-resistant, plus an ABS shell that can handle outdoor conditions without degrading. The 4-foot cable length gives you plenty of reach while the coil design keeps it tidy and above road level during normal towing. Installation is pretty straightforward - mount the switch on your trailer, connect one wire to the positive terminal of your battery box, the other to your electric brake system's positive terminal, then use the included mountain buckle to attach the cable to your tow vehicle. The switch measures about 4.33 x 1.7 x 0.83 inches with a 1.8-foot black wire, making it compatible with most trailer types. The load-bearing capacity is solid, and the stable structure ensures reliable performance when it matters most. This isn't just some cheap safety gimmick - it's a properly engineered component that could literally prevent a disaster if your trailer ever accidentally detaches. The peace of mind knowing your trailer will stop itself if something goes wrong is worth every penny. Whether you're towing RVs, utility trailers, or any braked trailer, this breakaway kit is an essential safety feature that responsible towers shouldn't be without. Setup takes maybe 20 minutes, but the protection lasts for years.
