Carlisle 9.5oz White Portion Cups - Polycarbonate Food Service Cups

Restaurant owners, caterers, and serious home cooks - these Carlisle portion cups are absolute workhorses in any kitchen environment! With a 9.5oz capacity, they're perfect for everything from prepping ingredients to serving sides to organizing mise en place. The polycarbonate construction is what really sets them apart - these things are practically indestructible, surviving countless drops, stacks, and dishwasher cycles without cracking or clouding. The flat sides make scooping incredibly efficient - no more chasing ingredients around curved surfaces when you're working quickly. The U-shaped handle is genius design - it keeps your hands away from food for hygiene while providing a secure grip even with wet or greasy hands. I've used these in both professional kitchens and at home for meal prep, and they've held up beautifully through years of daily use. The white color makes it easy to see what's inside, and they nest compactly for storage when not in use. Being NSF listed means they meet commercial food safety standards, which is huge for anyone operating a food business. The dimensions (3.19\ width, 3\ diameter, 2.63\ depth, 5\ total length) make them versatile for everything from sauce portions to vegetable prep to organizing small ingredients. Whether you're running a busy restaurant line, catering events, or just want professional-quality prep tools for your home kitchen, these Carlisle cups deliver durability and functionality that cheap disposable containers just can't match. They're one of those kitchen tools that seem simple but actually make your workflow significantly more efficient - once you start using them, you'll wonder how you ever managed without them!
