Flames Of War Armored 81mm Mortar Platoon - 1/100 Scale Military Model Kit

Serious model builders and WWII enthusiasts, this Flames of War armored mortar platoon kit is absolutely fantastic for adding some heavy support to your tabletop armies! The 1:100 scale is perfect for the Flames of War gaming system, and the detail on these M4 self-propelled mortar carriers is impressive right out of the box. You get three complete vehicles plus two unit cards - everything you need to field a proper mortar platoon. What's cool about armored mortars is they can keep up with your advancing troops without needing to stop and set up like traditional artillery. The plastic pieces are crisply molded with realistic details like tread patterns, hatches, and mortar tubes that really bring these vehicles to life. Assembly is straightforward but satisfying - the pieces fit together well without excessive gap filling needed. Once painted up, these models look absolutely menacing on the battlefield. I've used mine in multiple games, and having that mobile artillery support has completely changed my tactical options. The quality is typical of Flames of War - durable plastic that takes paint well and stands up to gaming handling. Whether you're building a historical force or just love military models, this platoon set gives you that perfect blend of detail and playability. The included unit cards integrate seamlessly with the Flames of War rules system. If you're looking to add some serious firepower to your collection or just want some detailed armor models to build and paint, this mortar platoon delivers excellent value and hours of modeling enjoyment. Your tabletop battles will never be the same once you have these bad guys providing covering fire!
