Alright homeowners, this Great Stuff Pestblock foam is seriously useful stuff for keeping critters out of your house. It's this expanding foam that you spray into gaps and cracks, and it puffs up to fill spaces up to 1 inch wide. Perfect for sealing around pipes, electrical lines, attic frames, rim joists - all those spots where mice, insects, and other pests like to sneak in. The reusable Smart Dispenser is pretty clever - you can leave it attached to the can for up to 30 days, which is great for bigger projects. The foam stops when you stop spraying, so no messy drips everywhere. It works both inside and outside your house, sticking to wood, metal, glass, masonry, pretty much any building material. It dries tack-free in about 20 minutes, and you can trim it after an hour if needed. The light gray color blends in nicely, and it creates this airtight, water-resistant barrier that actually helps with energy efficiency too. I've used it around pipe penetrations in my basement and it made a huge difference - no more drafty spots or worrying about mice getting in. Just make sure you wear gloves because this stuff is sticky! It's UL classified and really does what it promises. One of those DIY products that actually works as well as the pros say it does. Definitely keep a can or two around for home maintenance projects.
