Home bakers, this sourdough proofing basket set will take your bread game to the next level! You get two 11-inch oval bannetons plus two cloth linen liners - everything you need for professional-looking artisan bread at home.
What's really special is the material - these are made from sugarcane bagasse, which is tree-free, all-natural, food-grade, and 100% biodegradable. No chemicals, no splinters, no strange smells - just pure, natural material that provides excellent airflow and moisture absorption for perfect proofing every time.
Each basket holds up to 1.1 pounds of dough, which is perfect for standard loaf sizes. The sugarcane material creates those beautiful spiral lines on your bread crust that make it look like it came from a professional bakery.
The linen liners are super useful - you can coat them with flour and place your dough inside, then use the liner as a cover during proofing. They also work well under the dough for easy transfer to your baking surface.
Cleaning and storage are easy - just make sure the baskets dry completely after use to prevent mold (no washing needed, just brush out excess flour). They're lightweight and stack neatly when not in use. Whether you're a sourdough enthusiast or just getting into artisan baking, these bannetons will become your most valued baking tool!
