Hey mini bike enthusiasts! If you're tired of sketchy brakes on your Baja Doodlebug DB30, this hydraulic disc brake kit is exactly what you need. It's specifically designed for those 97CC and 79CC Predator 2.8HP engines that so many of us run. The kit comes complete with an 80mm rear brake disc rotor, caliper assembly, and master cylinder - everything you need for a serious brake upgrade. The stopping power is incredible compared to stock brakes, thanks to the high-strength stainless steel construction. There are cooling holes built right into the rotor that prevent overheating during those longer rides, which means consistent performance when you need it most. The 7/8 inch left handlebar lever feels natural, and the 50-inch brake hose gives you plenty of length to work with during installation. Now, fair warning - you will need to cut and relocate your original brake mount, so it's not exactly plug-and-play, but the improvement is totally worth the effort. This kit doesn't fit Coleman CT100U models, but for Baja Doodlebug owners, it's a game-changer. The quality feels solid, like it's built to handle rough use, and the hydraulic system gives you that smooth, responsive braking that makes riding so much safer and more enjoyable. If you're upgrading your mini bike or building a custom project, this brake kit should be at the top of your list.
