3D printing folks, if you're tired of prints sticking too much or not enough, this Gizmo Dorks PEI sheet is about to become your new best friend! This 220mm x 220mm (that's about 8.6 x 8.6 inches) build surface makes printing so much easier - no more messy glues, tapes, or hairspray needed. Just peel off the backing from the pre-applied 3M 468MP adhesive and stick it right onto your existing print bed. The installation is pretty straightforward - apply it at an angle to avoid air bubbles, then heat your bed to 60°C and press it down firmly (use a towel so you don't burn yourself!). What's awesome about PEI is that it works perfectly with both PLA and ABS filaments - just set your bed to 60°C for PLA or 100°C for ABS and you're good to go. When your print finishes and the bed cools down, your parts practically pop right off on their own. Maintenance is simple too - just wipe it down with isopropyl alcohol between prints to keep it clean. If it ever starts to lose its stickiness after tons of printing, you can lightly sand it with 600-1000 grit sandpaper to bring it back to life. The PEI itself is 0.56mm thick with 0.13mm of adhesive, and it's made right here in the USA. Compatible with Anet A8, Prusa i3, and most other printers with flat beds. Seriously, once you try printing on PEI, you'll wonder how you ever managed without it!
