120-Sheet Chinese Calligraphy Paper - Rice Paper For Brush Writing & Sumi Ink Practice

If you're into Chinese calligraphy or Japanese brush writing, this 120-sheet pack of rice paper is exactly what you need for practice. Often called Xuan paper or sumi paper, this traditional paper has that perfect balance of absorbency and control that makes brushwork so satisfying. The paper is thin but surprisingly durable - it doesn't tear easily when wet, and it shows off the beautiful ink diffusion and shading that makes Asian calligraphy so distinctive. Each sheet measures about 28x17cm, giving you plenty of space for characters and practice strokes. When you write on this paper, you'll notice how the ink spreads just enough to create those graceful tapered strokes but not so much that your characters become blurry messes. It's specifically designed for use with sumi ink, watercolors, and Chinese brush pens - the surface has just the right texture to hold the ink without bleeding uncontrollably. Great for beginners who are learning basic strokes and for experienced calligraphers working on more complex characters. The pack comes with three sets of 40 sheets each (120 total), so you can practice to your heart's content without worrying about wasting expensive paper. The paper is carefully selected by craftsmen who understand what calligraphers need - it's not too rough, not too smooth, just the right surface for controlling your brush pressure and ink flow. Whether you're practicing kanji, working on Chinese poetry, or just exploring the meditative art of brush writing, this paper responds beautifully to every stroke and helps you develop better technique with each practice session.
