Carefree RV Awning Spring Assembly - 18' Front Replacement For Fiesta & Spirit Models

If your RV awning isn't retracting properly, this Carefree spring assembly is exactly what you need. I replaced mine on my 2015 Fiesta awning and it worked like a charm - the tension is perfect now and it retracts smoothly every time. This fits Carefree Fiesta, Spirit FX, and Simplicity models from 8' to 18' (measured center of arm to center of arm). Just a heads up - installing this requires working with springs under extreme tension, so definitely follow the safety warnings carefully. The assembly ships with no tension, which is actually safer for installation. Make sure you have vice grips ready and keep your hands clear during the process. If you're comfortable with basic RV maintenance, this is a straightforward repair that'll save you a trip to the shop. The quality matches the original equipment, and my awning has been working perfectly for months since the replacement.
