Serious fly fishers, listen up - this Epiphany II ESN rod from Moonshine is an absolute game-changer for Euro-style nymphing! Completely redesigned for 2020 based on feedback from competitive anglers, this rod shaves over an ounce of weight compared to the original while improving swing weight and sensitivity dramatically. The blackout anti-glare blank with raven bindings and metallic copper accents isn't just for looks - it reduces glare on the water so you stay stealthy. The high modulus graphite construction provides incredible sensitivity that lets you feel the subtlest strikes, while the moderate fast action gives you perfect control for technical nymphing presentations. You get TWO tip sections included, which is huge because let's be real - tip breaks happen to everyone eventually. The titanium frame SiC stripping guide reduces line sag, and the light wire single foot guides make knot pass-through smooth even when the rod is loaded. The AAAA cork handle feels amazing in hand, and the downlocking tiger eye reel seat with engraved fighting butt is both beautiful and functional. It comes in a sweet 5-compartment embroidered Cordura tube that protects your investment on the trail. With Moonshine's no-fault lifetime warranty, you can fish with confidence knowing they've got your back. Whether you're competing in tournaments or just want the best tool for reading water and detecting subtle takes, this rod delivers professional performance without the pro-level price tag.
