UT-100 Tan Gallon Coating - Rubberized Non-Skid Floor Treatment

For anyone needing serious slip protection on floors, this UT-100 tan gallon coating is professional-grade stuff that really works. The rubberized formula creates a textured, non-skid surface that significantly reduces slipping hazards on pretty much any surface - concrete, wood, metal, you name it. The tan color is neutral enough to blend with most environments while still providing good visibility. It's UV and chemical resistant, which means it holds up well outdoors or in industrial settings where exposure to sunlight or harsh cleaners would degrade inferior products. Being water-based is a huge advantage - no strong solvent smells, non-hazardous application, and easier cleanup with just soap and water. The durability is impressive - this isn't some temporary fix but a long-term solution that withstands heavy foot traffic, equipment movement, and weather exposure. Application is straightforward whether you're using a roller, brush, or spray system, and it dries to a firm yet slightly flexible finish that won't crack or chip under normal conditions. The texture provides excellent traction even when wet or oily, making it perfect for pool decks, locker rooms, workshops, ramps, or any area where slip accidents are a concern. The gallon coverage depends on the surface texture and application method, but it goes further than you might expect. Made right here in the USA, the quality is consistent and reliable. Whether you're a homeowner making your patio safer, a business owner meeting safety regulations, or a contractor working on commercial projects, this coating delivers professional results that last. It's one of those products that does exactly what it promises - creates a safe, durable, non-skid surface that stands up to real-world use.
