Hey DIYers and craftspeople! This Angerstone polishing compound kit is like magic for bringing your tools and knives back to mirror-like perfection. You get three different grit compounds in one handy set: the white bar is 18 micron (1000 grit) for initial smoothing, the green is 4 micron (5000 grit) for finer polishing, and the red is 3 micron (8000 grit) for that final mirror finish. Made from aluminum oxide and chromium oxide, these bars adhere easily to leather strops or buffing wheels with just a few rubs. They work on pretty much everything - stainless steel, iron, aluminum, copper, silver, gold, even glass and some plastics. Perfect for kitchen knives, hunting knives, pocket knives, scissors, chisels, gardening tools, straight razors, and golf clubs. Important note though - this is finishing compound, so you need to start with a relatively sharp edge from your stones first. The 4-ounce total gives you plenty of material for multiple projects, and the quality is professional-grade. Whether you're a chef maintaining your kitchen knives, a woodworker keeping chisels sharp, or just someone who likes well-maintained tools, this kit delivers amazing results. It also makes a fantastic gift for the handy person in your life - practical, affordable, and something they'll actually use!
