I just used this Congrats balloon banner for my sister's graduation party, and it was absolutely perfect! The kit comes with everything you need - 8 foil silver letter balloons that spell out CONGRATS, a 9-foot ribbon to hang them on, and a plastic straw for inflation. Each balloon is 14 inches tall, so they make a real statement when displayed together. The assembly was surprisingly easy - you just use the included straw to blow up each balloon (no helium needed, which saves money!), then thread them onto the ribbon using the perforated tabs. The self-sealing tabs work really well - none of our balloons deflated during the entire party. We hung it above the food table and it instantly elevated the whole party atmosphere. The silver foil catches the light beautifully and looks elegant rather than cheap. It held up perfectly through the entire event and was still fully inflated the next day. This would work great for graduation parties, engagement parties, promotions, baby showers - any celebration where you want to congratulate someone special. Much easier than trying to piece together individual letters, and the coordinated look is so much more professional. Definitely a party decoration that delivers big impact for a reasonable price!
