Planning a 17th birthday party? This navy blue decoration set has everything you need to create an amazing celebration! You get two massive 40-inch number '17' foil balloons, an 18-inch 'Happy Birthday' banner balloon, five 12-inch confetti balloons, plus balloon ribbons and a blow pipe for inflating. The navy blue color looks so elegant and sophisticated - perfect for a teen who's outgrown cartoon themes. The foil balloons are self-sealing so you can actually deflate and reuse them if you want. I used this set for my daughter's party and it looked incredible - we created a balloon wall that made for amazing photos. The balloons can be filled with helium to float or just air to stick on walls and surfaces. Setup was quick and everything looked exactly as pictured. The quality is really good - no balloons popped during inflation or the party. Much better than buying individual pieces and trying to match colors. Whether you're decorating for a surprise party, family celebration, or big bash, this set gives you everything you need in one package. The navy blue works for both guys and girls, and it looks way more expensive than it actually is. Highly recommend for anyone throwing a 17th birthday - it takes the stress out of party decorating!
