Hey Breville Smart Oven owners - if your original oven rack is looking worse for wear, this Ericair replacement is exactly what you need! It's perfectly compatible with Breville Smart Oven models BOV800XL, Plus BOV810BSS, Pro BOV845BSS, and replaces part number SP0002651. Made from high-quality food grade 304 stainless steel, this rack is seriously sturdy and heat resistant up to 450°F. It's BPA free and FDA compliant too, so you can feel good about using it for all your cooking. The grid design is smart - it evenly distributes heat so your food cooks consistently without hot spots. Plus, it lets excess fat drip away for healthier cooking (hello, fewer calories in those fried foods!). Whether you're roasting, baking, grilling, smoking, drying, or BBQing, this rack can handle it. Cleaning is a breeze thanks to the non-stick surface - even if food sticks, a quick soak usually does the trick. It's dishwasher safe too, which saves you time and effort. This isn't just for Breville ovens either - it works great as a general cooling rack for baked goods or for air frying in conventional ovens. Ericair offers 24-hour friendly service and a one-year warranty, so if you have any issues, they've got your back. Seriously, if your original rack is rusting, warping, or just not performing well anymore, this replacement will have your Breville oven working like new again!
