This fly fishing flies kit is seriously well-stocked with 20 different black flies that cover most fishing situations. Each fly is about 0.59 inches long with hooks around 0.61 inches - perfect sizes for targeting trout, bass, salmon, steelhead, pike, and carp. What makes these stand out is the realistic design with detailed eyes and legs that actually fool fish, plus they're infused with shrimp scent that lasts and really attracts fish. They're made from PVC material which holds up well in both freshwater and saltwater conditions. I've used these in rivers, lakes, and even some coastal fishing, and they perform consistently across different environments. The black and yellow color combination works surprisingly well in various water conditions and light levels. Having 20 flies in the package means you're covered for different scenarios and can afford to lose a few without panicking. The quality is solid for the price - the hooks are sharp right out of the package and the materials don't fall apart after catching multiple fish. Whether you're new to fly fishing or a seasoned angler looking to stock up, this kit gives you good variety and quantity. They've become my go-to flies when I'm not sure what the fish are biting on - the shrimp scent seems to work when nothing else does. Definitely a smart addition to any fly fishing gear collection.
