Okay climbers, listen up! This wooden hangboard is exactly what you need to take your finger strength to the next level without leaving your house. Made from solid poplar wood, this thing is built to last through countless training sessions. It measures about 663mm x 164mm x 55mm and weighs just under 2kg, so it's substantial but won't tear your wall down.
What's really cool about this board is the variety of grip options. You get seven different depth options ranging from super deep 45mm pockets all the way down to punishing 15mm edges. There are two 45mm finger pockets, two slopers at different angles, a center handle, and even two external pots that are perfect for holding your phone while you train. Talk about thoughtful design!
Whether you're just starting out or you're a seasoned climber looking to break through plateaus, this board has something for you. The adjustable depth fittings (including 10mm and 15mm options) let you customize your training intensity. You can work on pinch grips, crimps, side pulls - basically every grip type you encounter on real rock.
Installation is straightforward with the included manual, and the rounded edges mean you won't get any nasty burrs tearing up your skin. The surface has been sanded smooth for optimal friction and comfort. Plus, it's not just for climbing training - you can use it for pull-ups, core workouts, and overall upper body conditioning. Seriously, if you're tired of paying for gym memberships or want to train on your own schedule, this hangboard is your answer.
