Hey there! If you're dealing with a fireplace that won't stay lit, this Natural Gas Pilot Assembly might be exactly what you need. This is the genuine replacement part (numbers 485-510A, 4021-736, or 2103-010) that works with tons of Heat N Glo, Heatilator, and Quadra-Fire direct vent gas fireplace models. It comes with everything you see in the picture - the thermopile that controls your main valve, the fine thread thermocouple for pilot sensing, ignitor wires with ceramic protection, and the pilot tube itself, all mounted on that handy bracket that keeps everything organized near your burner. Before ordering, just double-check your existing bracket to make sure it matches up. This thing has a top mount setup that attaches right to your fireplace frame. Super important note - this is specifically for NATURAL GAS systems only, so if you've got propane, you'll need a different part. It fits a crazy long list of models including Quadra-Fire QV32, QV36 series, Heat & Glo's 6000, 7000, 8000 series (check those serial numbers though!), SL series, and tons of Heatilator models like the BCBV36, NB3630, ND3933 and many more. Seriously, if you've got one of these fireplaces from the early 2000s era, there's a really good chance this is your fix. Installation's pretty straightforward if you're comfortable with gas lines, but if not, definitely get a pro to help out. Much cheaper than buying a whole new fireplace though!
