Rear Steering Knuckle & Hub Assembly - Compatible With Ford Explorer 2002-2005

Car owners and mechanics, this rear steering knuckle and hub assembly is exactly what you need if you're dealing with suspension issues on your 2002-2005 Ford Explorer or Mercury Mountaineer. This is a complete loaded assembly that includes the knuckle, hub, bearing, and bolts - everything you need in one package to get the job done right. The driver side replaces part numbers 698-013, LK001, and several others, while the passenger side replaces 698-012, LK002, and their equivalents. Made from durable steel with a special corrosion-resistant coating, this assembly is built to last and withstand the elements. Installation is straightforward if you're comfortable with automotive repairs - it's basically a bolt-on solution that doesn't require special tools. However, here's the important part: after installation, you absolutely need to get your rear wheels aligned. This isn't optional - it's crucial for proper tire wear and vehicle handling. Also, while you're doing this repair, it's a great time to have your mechanic check the hub, knuckle pin, and tie rod ends to make sure everything else in your suspension is in good shape. The quality is solid, and it comes with a lifetime after-sales service policy, so you can buy with confidence. Just make sure to double-check that this matches your specific vehicle model and year before ordering. Whether you're a DIY enthusiast or a professional mechanic, this assembly makes what could be a complicated repair much more manageable.
