LANTRO Force Sensing Resistor - 1.97x1.57 Inch Thin Film Pressure Sensor | High Accuracy Pad

Tech geeks and DIY enthusiasts, this LANTRO Force Sensing Resistor is seriously cool for all kinds of smart projects! Measuring 1.97x1.57 inches (5x4cm) and weighing only 3 grams, this ultra-thin sensor uses nano-pressure-sensitive material on a film substrate that can detect pressure changes with amazing sensitivity. The operating principle is clever - when pressure is applied, the sensor's resistance changes, and through a simple circuit, you can convert that pressure signal into an electrical output. The sensing range is impressive too, from just 20 grams all the way up to 10 kilograms, with a crazy fast response time of less than 10 milliseconds. When not triggered, the resistance is 10MΩ, making it highly sensitive to even light touches. The 0.45mm thickness means it's flexible enough to fit into tight spaces or curved surfaces. This isn't some bulky mechanical switch - it's a sophisticated sensor perfect for intelligent seats (think occupancy detection in cars or smart furniture), robotics, musical instruments, wearable tech, or any project where you need to measure pressure or presence. The applications are endless - from creating smart mats that know when someone's standing on them to building interactive installations or developing assistive technology. The quality is professional-grade, and it comes ready to integrate into your circuits. If you're working on IoT devices, smart home systems, or just cool Arduino/Raspberry Pi projects, this pressure sensor opens up so many possibilities for creating responsive, intelligent systems that react to physical pressure in real-time. Seriously versatile component for makers and engineers!
