Serious anglers, listen up - this Daiwa Overdrive Laser Impact lure is something special if you're targeting species like fluke, flounder, sea bass, or blues. The 80S-LI model measures 3.2 inches (80mm) and weighs 1.2 ounces (32g), making it perfect for when the fish are keying in on smaller bait. What sets this apart is the Laser Impact technology and that unique wide tail swing and irregular roll action that drives predator fish absolutely crazy. It's a heavy sinking type lure, so it gets down to where the fish are holding, with an effective range that starts around 19.7 feet and goes deeper from there. The pink sardine color pattern is killer in various water conditions, mimicking those small baitfish that bigger fish love to chase. It comes equipped with #3 rings and #6 hooks right out of the package, so you're ready to fish immediately. I've used this in both saltwater and freshwater situations, and the action is just incredible - it doesn't swim in a predictable pattern, which seems to trigger more strikes from hesitant fish. Whether you're casting from shore, fishing from a boat, or working structure, this lure has the versatility and action to produce results when other lures aren't getting attention. Definitely worth adding to your tackle box if you want to up your fishing game!
