Serious anglers, check out these Gamakatsu squid metal leaders! They're designed with Mie specifications and come in a handy 2-pack. The black thread is genius - it's highly visible on the boat under illuminated lights, which makes handling so much easier, especially if you have concerns about eyesight. But here's the fishing secret: that black color also helps avoid fug and sawara (unwanted fish species), letting you target your preferred catch more effectively. The snaps are nice and large, making them easy to handle even with wet hands or gloves. With basic dimensions that emphasize ease of use, these leaders are straightforward to work with whether you're a seasoned pro or still building your fishing skills. The Harris number is 4 with a core thread of 4, and each leader measures 4.6 feet (1.2 meters) total length. Gamakatsu is a trusted name in fishing gear, so you know you're getting quality components that can handle tough fishing conditions. These metal leaders are particularly effective for squid fishing but work well for various other species too. The construction feels durable and reliable - not some flimsy tackle that'll let you down when you've got a big one on the line. If you're looking to upgrade your terminal tackle with leaders that combine visibility, fish-avoidance properties, and easy handling, these Gamakatsu leaders are definitely worth adding to your fishing arsenal.
