Metolius Personal Anchor System - Climbing Safety PAS 22kN Strength

Serious climbers, this Metolius PAS is one of those pieces of gear that just makes sense for anchor building. The chain-link style construction with double-wrapped 11mm Monster webbing is seriously robust and way safer than trying to rig something with quickdraws or slings. Rated at 22kN strength, this thing is built to handle serious loads while giving you multiple attachment points for equalizing anchors. At 38 inches long and weighing just 3.3 ounces, it's compact enough to not bulk up your harness but long enough to give you flexibility in setting up different anchor configurations. The CE/UIAA certification means it's met international safety standards, which is exactly what you want when your life is literally on the line. What's really smart is how adjustable it is - the multiple loops let you customize the length exactly how you need it for each situation. It's way more convenient than fumbling with multiple slings, and the bright color makes it easy to identify on your rack. Experienced climbers love it for sport climbing, trad climbing, or any situation where you need a reliable personal anchor system. The construction feels bomb-proof without being overly bulky, and the material has just the right amount of stiffness for easy handling but enough flexibility for smooth operation. Whether you're new to climbing and want to invest in proper safety gear from the start, or you're a seasoned climber looking to upgrade your anchor system, this PAS delivers professional-grade performance and peace of mind. Definitely one of those pieces of equipment that becomes an essential part of your climbing kit once you experience how much easier and safer it makes anchor management!
