RYOBI 18V Multi-Material Saw - Cordless Cutting Tool With Blades For Wood, Metal & Tile

Alright DIY enthusiasts, this RYOBI multi-material saw is seriously one of the most versatile tools I've added to my workshop! As part of the RYOBI ONE+ system, it uses the same 18V batteries as over 200 other tools, which is super convenient if you're already invested in their ecosystem. The power is impressive - it hits 4,250 RPM with no load, and the cutting capacities are solid: 26mm in wood, 2mm in metal, and 9mm in tiles. The 85mm blade diameter with 15mm bore handles various materials really well. What I really appreciate is the ergonomic design - the double micro-honeycomb GripZone handle gives you great control and reduces fatigue during longer cutting sessions. The trigger switch with safety latch is a nice safety feature too. The tool-free adjustable depth of cut tray and parallel guide make precise cuts much easier, whether you're working with wood, melamine, laminate, or other materials. The suction nozzle keeps your work area cleaner by managing dust, which means you can actually see your cutting lines. The package includes both a multi-material blade and a tile blade, plus a parallel guide - pretty much everything you need to get started. At 1.9kg without the battery, it's lightweight enough for comfortable use but still feels sturdy and well-built. The 3-year warranty (extendable if you register within 30 days) gives you peace of mind that this is a quality tool. I've used mine for everything from trimming door frames to cutting metal pipes to tile work, and it handles each material surprisingly well. If you need a versatile cutting tool that can handle multiple materials without requiring multiple specialized saws, this RYOBI multi-material saw is absolutely worth considering. It's become one of my most-reached-for tools in the shop!
