Quadra-Fire and Heat & Glo gas stove owners, this is the genuine HHT pilot assembly you need for proper repairs! This complete pilot assembly includes everything: thermocouple (200-2950), thermopile (842-0250), electrode with wire (842-4580), pilot bracket, pilot hood, and both NG and LP injector orifices (200-2630 and 842-4440). It's designed specifically for S.I.T. EZ pilot systems in various HHT gas stove models. Important - verify your stove has an S.I.T. EZ pilot assembly before ordering, as these stoves came with different pilot setups. Fits multiple Quadra-Fire models including Columbia Bay FS (pre-April 2002), Columbia Bay Insert, Sapphire DV250, Garnet DV 400S/400SL, Sapphire 25/50, Remington QFP30, and Heat N Glo Tiara II. The assembly comes set up for natural gas, but includes the .35 LP orifice if you need to convert to propane. Using genuine HHT parts ensures compatibility, safety, and reliable operation of your gas stove or fireplace. If you're experiencing pilot light issues, intermittent operation, or need to replace aging components, this complete assembly saves you from buying individual parts separately. It's one of those repair parts where using the exact OEM component makes all the difference in restoring proper function to your heating appliance. Your properly working gas stove will provide reliable warmth and comfort once this genuine pilot assembly is installed by a qualified technician.
