PATIKIL Track Spikes 20 Pack - 1/4 Inch Carbon Steel Replacement Spikes With Wrench

Hey athletes, if you're into track and field sports, this 20-pack of PATIKIL track spikes is exactly what you need to keep your spike shoes in competition-ready condition. These are 1/4 inch carbon steel spikes that measure 7mm long by 5.3mm in diameter (that's about 0.28x0.21 inches). The package includes a spike wrench that's 80x54mm (3.1x2.1 inches) which makes installing and removing the spikes super easy. What's great about these carbon alloy spikes is how they increase the friction between your shoes and the ground, giving you better grip and preventing slipping during races and jumps. The tower-shaped design is perfect for plastic tracks, offering good elasticity and impact absorption - ideal for middle and long-distance running, long jump, and other track events. Installation is straightforward - just insert the spike into the wrench and screw it into the sole of your spike shoe. They fit most sports spike shoes and work for track, cross country, high jump, long jump, sprinting, jogging, hiking, and other outdoor sports. Now, here's something important to know - carbon steel nails do wear down over time, especially on rough surfaces, but they're lighter than other materials, making them great for competitions and exams where every gram counts. Just make sure you check the size compatibility with your specific shoes before ordering. Having 20 spikes means you've got plenty of replacements for when your current spikes wear out or get damaged. Whether you're a serious competitor or just getting into track sports, having reliable spikes like these can really make a difference in your performance and safety. They're affordable, easy to install, and give you that competitive edge you need on the track.
