Strathmore 300 Series Bristol Vellum Paper Pad - 11x14 Inches, 20 Sheets (2 Pack)

Artists and illustrators, this Strathmore Bristol paper is seriously quality stuff! The 300 series is their professional-grade line, and this vellum surface is perfect for so many different mediums. The 11x14 inch size is versatile - big enough for substantial artwork but still manageable for most desks and drawing boards. You get 20 sheets per pad, and this listing is for a 2-pack, so 40 sheets total - great value for the quality. The vellum (medium) surface has just the right amount of tooth - it's smooth enough for detailed ink work but has enough texture for pencil, charcoal, and colored pencils to grip nicely. The paper weight is substantial at 100lb/260gsm, so it can handle light washes without buckling too much, though it's not meant for heavy watercolor work. I love using this for mixed media pieces, technical drawings, comics, and even calligraphy practice. The pages are micro-perforated so they tear out cleanly if you want to frame or scan your work. Strathmore paper is consistently high quality - no crumbling edges, consistent texture sheet to sheet, and acid-free so your artwork will last for years without yellowing. Whether you're a student, professional artist, or serious hobbyist, this paper handles professional work beautifully. It's one of those supplies that just feels good to work on - your tools glide smoothly and the results look crisp and clean. If you've been using cheaper drawing paper and want to upgrade to something that really does your artwork justice, this Bristol paper is absolutely worth the investment. Your drawings will thank you!
