Original Penguin The Princeton Eyeglasses - Classic Black Square Frames 50mm

If you're looking for eyeglasses that have that perfect blend of classic and cool, these Original Penguin Princeton frames are where it's at. They've got that retro square shape that never really goes out of style, but with enough modern touches to keep them feeling fresh.

The black plastic frame is what I'd call 'timeless' - it's dark enough to be versatile but has enough character to stand out. At 50mm across the lenses, they're a solid medium size that works for most face shapes without being too overwhelming or too small.

What I really appreciate about Original Penguin is their attention to detail. The construction feels substantial without being heavy, and the temples are that perfect 140mm length that fits most people comfortably. The bridge is 19mm, which gives you good spacing without looking too wide.

These are RX-able too, so you can get your prescription put in no problem. They work with single vision, bifocals, whatever you need. The quality is there - we're talking about a brand that's been doing this for decades and knows how to make frames that last.

They've got that preppy-meets-hipster vibe that works whether you're dressing up for work or keeping it casual on weekends. The black color goes with everything, and the square shape adds just enough definition to your face without being too dramatic.

If you're tired of flimsy glasses that lose their shape or cheap frames that break after a year, these are definitely a step up. They've got that heritage brand quality that actually means something.
