Home cooks, this Progressive pocket zester is one of those kitchen tools you didn't know you needed until you try it! The razor-sharp etched grating surface makes zesting lemons, limes, oranges, and other citrus so quick and easy. What's really clever is the safety blade cover that snaps onto the back - it actually catches all the freshly zested citrus, so you're not making a mess all over your counter. The comfort-fit finger grooves give you such a secure grip, even when your hands are wet or oily. The compact design is perfect for storing in your gadget drawer - it takes up almost no space but makes such a difference when you need it. I love using it for adding fresh citrus flavor to desserts, marinades, dressings, and cocktails - the flavor is so much brighter than bottled zest. Cleanup is a breeze too - it's dishwasher safe, so you can just toss it in with your other utensils. The orange color is bright and cheerful, making it easy to spot in your drawer. Progressive has been making quality kitchen tools for over 40 years, and you can really feel the thoughtfulness in this design. It's one of those simple tools that just works perfectly every time - no struggling, no mess, just perfect citrus zest exactly when you need it. Whether you're an experienced baker or just someone who loves fresh flavors in your cooking, this little zester will quickly become one of your most-reached-for kitchen tools. Seriously, it's so much better than trying to use the fine side of a box grater!
