Gymboree Boys Puffer Vest - Water Resistant Quilted Zip Up With Hood

Moms and dads, this Gymboree puffer vest is absolutely perfect for active kids! The 100% polyester taffeta exterior is water-resistant, so light rain or spills won't soak through. It's got 100% recycled polyester fill which is awesome for warmth without being too bulky, plus a soft microfleece lining that feels cozy against the skin. The attached hood is great for those windy days, and the front zip closure has a protective guard so no pinched skin. There are snap patch pockets that actually fit little treasures or warm hands, and the allover quilting gives it that classic puffer look. What I love is how versatile it is - layer it over long sleeves for colder days or just with a t-shirt when it's cooler. The straight hem sits nicely and doesn't ride up when kids are running around. Gymboree always nails the details - the quality is solid, no loose threads or cheap zippers. My son has worn his all season and it's holding up great through washes and playground adventures. The sizing runs true to their chart, so check measurements before ordering. It's not too puffy so they can still move freely and wear backpacks comfortably. Seriously, one of those essential kid items that just works perfectly. The water resistance is legit - we've been caught in sudden rain showers and he stayed dry underneath. The hood stays up surprisingly well too, unlike some kids' jackets where it immediately falls off. Definitely recommend for any active kid - perfect for school, playground, hiking, you name it. Gymboree's quality is consistently good, and this vest is no exception. Worth every penny for how much use we've gotten out of it.
