Settlers Of Catan Rivals For Catan Age Of Darkness Expansion

Catan fans, get ready to dive deeper into your favorite game world! This Age of Darkness expansion for Rivals of Catan adds so much strategic depth to your two-player games. Now, heads up - you'll need the basic Rivals of Catan set to play this, but once you've got that, this 90-card expansion brings three awesome new themes to the table. First up, the Religious Dispute era has you building churches and temples while trying to maintain spiritual balance - super interesting mechanics that change how you approach the game. Then there's the Era of Merchant Princes where you're battling for control of Catan's commerce with trade ships and merchant residences. And my personal favorite - the Era of Barbarians where you've got to defend against invasions using castles, fortresses, and new heroes. The card combinations are seriously clever and add so much replay value. The quality matches the original game - nice card stock, clear icons, and that familiar Catan artwork we all love. It comes with a detailed almanac and rulebook too, so you're not left guessing how to play. If you and your gaming partner have mastered the base game and want new challenges, this expansion delivers big time. The strategies are more complex but in a good way - it really makes you think several moves ahead. Perfect for game nights when you want something more substantial than the basic game. Your Catan sessions are about to get way more interesting!
