So I installed this WASAI center console safe in my 2024 Chevy Silverado, and it's been exactly what I needed for secure firearm storage while traveling. The construction is solid - made from 12-gauge steel that feels substantial and drill-resistant. The fit is perfect for the 2023-2025 Chevy Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500/2500 models - it drops right into the center console space without any modification. The 4-digit combination lock is easy to set up and use, plus it comes with a backup key in case you forget your code. Installation was quick and straightforward - no special tools or expertise needed. What I appreciate most is how discreet it is - once installed, it's completely hidden from view, so there's no advertising that you have valuables stored. The safe provides peace of mind when I need to leave my vehicle unattended with my firearm inside. The build quality feels durable and well-made - this isn't some flimsy security box but a proper safe designed for vehicle use. It's ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, professionals who carry important documents, or anyone who needs secure storage in their vehicle. The size is generous enough to hold a compact firearm along with other small valuables like phones, tablets, or documents. WASAI's focus on vehicle security shows in the thoughtful design and construction. If you're looking for reliable in-vehicle storage for your firearm or other valuables in compatible Chevy or GMC trucks, this safe delivers the security and peace of mind you need.
