Serious anglers targeting sagoshi fish, this Jackson Pintail lure is specifically designed based on actual fishing tests and knowledge of what makes these fish strike! The 3.5 inch size with 1.0 oz weight gives you that perfect balance for casting distance and control. What makes this lure special is the irregular action that happens during fast retrieves - it creates this unique wobbling and flushing motion that triggers reaction bites from sagoshi who might otherwise ignore your presentation. The flat-side 3-sided body design creates strong flashing appeals that really grab the attention of these fish in various water conditions. Since sagoshi don't have a floatation bladder and aren't great at vertical movement, the sideways action of this lure is much more effective than lures with up-and-down movement. The through-wire construction adds serious strength, so even if the body gets damaged, you can still land valuable fish. The Silver Dust Glow color is particularly effective in different light conditions. Jackson is known for their Pintail series, and this Sagoshi Tune version incorporates all their expertise in heavyweight minnow design specifically for this species. Whether you're fishing from embankments or in surf conditions, this lure delivers the action and appeal that can make the difference between an okay day and an amazing one on the water.
