Schwalbe Smart Sam MTB Tires - 27.5 X 2.35 Inch Performance Bike Tires E-Bike Ready

Mountain bikers, these Schwalbe Smart Sam tires are seriously impressive for both on-road and off-road riding! The 27.5 x 2.35 inch size (ETRTO 60-584) gives you that perfect balance of speed and traction. What's really cool is how they've redesigned this classic tire - the distinctive off-road profile with compact central bars provides smooth, low-vibration rolling on pavement, while the angular outer studs dig in for solid grip when you hit the trails. The Addix compound is durable and provides great performance across different conditions. These are E-Bike ready too (E-25 rating), so they can handle the extra power and weight of electric mountain bikes without issues. The clincher design makes installation straightforward with standard tire levers. I've been running these on my trail bike for a few months now, and the durability is impressive - they're showing minimal wear even after some rough rocky sections. The transition from center knobs to side knobs is smooth, giving you confidence when leaning into corners. On pavement, they're surprisingly quiet and efficient - you're not fighting the tire resistance like with some aggressive MTB treads. Off-road, they handle everything from hardpack to loose gravel really well. The 2.35-inch width provides plenty of volume for running lower pressures without risking pinch flats. Schwalbe knows their stuff when it comes to tires, and the Smart Sam lives up to their reputation for quality. If you're looking for a versatile tire that can handle your daily commute but still perform on weekend trail rides, these are absolutely worth considering. The value is great compared to some premium race-oriented tires, and they'll last significantly longer too. Whether you're riding a traditional mountain bike or an e-MTB, these tires deliver reliable performance across different conditions without breaking the bank.
