Truck Tailgate Bike Pad - Anti-Scratch Protection For 5 Bikes, Black Oxford Fabric Cover

Calling all cycling enthusiasts with pickup trucks! This tailgate bike pad is about to make transporting your bikes so much easier and safer. Made from heavy-duty Oxford fabric that's waterproof and fade-resistant, this pad protects your truck's tailgate from scratches, dings, and general wear and tear while securely holding up to 5 bikes. The size is generous at 52x16x8 inches, and with 3 extendable straps, it fits securely on most pickup truck models. The central opening flap (about 12.6x7.87 inches) is a genius feature - it gives you access to your tailgate handle and keeps your backup camera visible and unobstructed. No more guessing while reversing! The padding is thick and protective in all the right places, cushioning your bikes' frames and preventing any metal-to-paint contact that could damage your truck's finish. There are even two built-in tool pockets with zippered and strap closures - perfect for storing your bike tools, gloves, or other small essentials during transport. Installation is seriously simple - just position the pad on your tailgate, secure it with the three long straps, and you're ready to load up your bikes in minutes. The quality of the materials is immediately apparent - the Oxford fabric feels rugged and durable, the stitching is reinforced in high-stress areas, and the buckles and straps are substantial enough to handle highway speeds without coming loose. The black color looks clean and professional, and it's neutral enough to work with any truck color. What I really appreciate is how this pad simplifies the bike loading process - no more complicated bike racks to assemble or struggle with. Just lay your bikes across the padded tailgate, secure them, and you're good to go. The pad folds up relatively compactly when not in use, making storage between trips manageable. Whether you're heading to local trails, traveling for cycling events, or just taking bikes to the shop for maintenance, this tailgate pad delivers reliable protection and convenience. It's the kind of accessory that pays for itself by preventing just one expensive tailgate repair or bike frame scratch. For any cyclist who regularly uses their truck for bike transport, this is an absolute must-have that makes every trip smoother and worry-free.
