So I coach a high school volleyball team, and this MIKASA practice tape has been incredibly helpful for improving our players' skills. The color coding every 2 meters (about 6.6 feet) makes it so much easier for players to aim their serves accurately. The bright blue, yellow, red, and green sections are easy to see from the serving line. What's really innovative is the elastic cord on top of the net - it helps players get their hands forward properly when blocking, preventing that common mistake of reaching back. The 9.4 meter total length covers the full net width perfectly. The polyester and natural rubber material holds up well to outdoor use and doesn't stretch out over time. We've been using this for both serving drills and blocking practice, and I've noticed real improvement in our players' technique. It's easy to set up and take down - just attach it to the net posts and you're ready to go. If you're serious about volleyball training, whether you're a coach or a player working on your skills, this practice tape provides that visual feedback that's so important for development. It's helped our servers place the ball more precisely and our blockers develop better form. The quality is typical MIKASA - durable and well-designed for actual sports use. Definitely recommended for teams and serious players looking to take their game to the next level.
