The package includes the plastic case and a new key blade - but here's the important part: NO electronics are included. You'll need to carefully transfer your existing circuit board, battery, and transponder chip from your old fob. The case has spots for all 4 buttons (lock, unlock, panic, and remote start) and comes in your choice of black, silver, or red. Measuring about 3.07x1.61 inches, it feels solid in hand.
