Serious fly tiers and anglers, get ready to stock up on these premium Umpqua U-Series jig hooks! This 50-pack of size 14 heavy weight jig hooks features a barbless design that makes catch-and-release so much easier while still maintaining solid hookups. The 60-degree jig bend creates that perfect swimming action that fish find irresistible, while the extra wide gape ensures better hooking efficiency. The black nickel finish not only looks professional but provides corrosion resistance for longer hook life. These aren't your average cheap hooks - Umpqua is known for quality fishing components, and these jig hooks live up to that reputation with sharp points that penetrate easily and consistent manufacturing that means every hook in the pack performs exactly as expected. The heavy weight helps your flies get down to the strike zone faster and maintain better positioning in the water column. Whether you're tying nymphs, streamers, or other jig-style patterns, these hooks provide the solid foundation your flies deserve. The barbless design is becoming increasingly important as more waters require them, and even where they're not mandatory, they cause less damage to fish you plan to release. At 50 hooks per pack, you've got plenty to build up your fly box or share with fishing buddies. The UC650BL-BN model has become a favorite among fly tiers who appreciate the combination of quality, performance, and value. From guiding operations to recreational anglers, these hooks have proven themselves on the water time and again. Stock up now and never worry about running out of quality jig hooks right when the fishing gets hot!
