Artists, get ready to create some amazing artwork with these Prang Artist Charcoal Pencils that deliver smooth, consistent performance every time. This box of 12 soft charcoal pencils is perfect for everything from quick sketches to detailed drawings. The paper-wrapped design features an easy-pull string that lets you self-sharpen the pencils by simply pulling the string and tearing away the paper - no sharpener needed! The charcoal core is made from selected charcoal that's finely ground and free of grit and impurities, giving you that beautifully smooth application that professional artists look for. Whether you're a beginner just exploring charcoal drawing or a seasoned illustrator working on commissioned pieces, these pencils provide the quality and consistency you need. The soft charcoal core lays down rich, dark lines that blend beautifully and create stunning contrast in your artwork. Prang has been making quality art supplies since Louis Prang developed child-safe products, and that commitment to quality continues today. These pencils are great for portrait work, still life, landscapes, or any subject where you want that classic charcoal look. Having a full box of 12 means you'll always have plenty on hand for your creative projects. If you're serious about your charcoal artwork, these pencils belong in your toolkit.
