TRUSCO TRS4 Light Thimble - Stainless Steel 0.2 Inch (4mm) Wire Rope Terminal

For anyone working with wire rope and rigging, this TRUSCO TRS4 light thimble is a essential little component that makes a big difference in your terminal connections! Made from durable stainless steel, this thimble is designed to protect wire rope from wear and abrasion at termination points, extending the life of your rigging setups. The 0.2 inch (4mm) size is perfect for smaller diameter ropes and cables, with specific dimensions: B: 0.2 inches (6mm), L: 0.7 inches (19mm), A: 0.18 inches (4.5mm), and D: 0.4 inches (10mm). It's designed to work with rope diameters up to 0.16 inches (4mm), providing that perfect fit that prevents crushing and deformation of your wire strands. The smooth, rounded interior surface allows the rope to follow its natural curve without sharp bends that can cause premature failure. Perfect for various applications including marine rigging, construction, stage rigging, outdoor activities, or any situation where you need reliable wire rope terminations. The stainless steel construction resists corrosion, making it suitable for outdoor use or marine environments where moisture is a concern. Whether you're creating loops, eyes, or other terminations in your wire rope, this thimble ensures proper load distribution and protects against wear at the most vulnerable points. Installation is straightforward as part of your overall terminal processing workflow. Seriously, if you work with wire rope and want to ensure your connections are safe, durable, and professional, this TRUSCO thimble delivers the quality and reliability that serious riggers depend on for critical applications!
