RANYUSS Marine Grade 316 Stainless Steel Fuel Tank Vent - 5/8 Inch Hose Fitting For Boats

Boat owners and marine enthusiasts, this RANYUSS Stainless Steel 316 Marine Grade Fuel Gas Tank Vent is one of those components you might not think about often, but it's absolutely essential for proper boat operation and safety.

Let's start with the material because that's what really sets this apart - it's made from 316 stainless steel. If you know marine environments, you know that 316 is the gold standard for corrosion resistance. Salt water, moisture, and harsh marine conditions are no match for this quality stainless steel construction.

The specifications are precise: total size is approximately 82mm x 31mm (that's about 3.2 x 1.2 inches for those who prefer imperial measurements). The hole outer diameter is about 16mm, designed specifically to connect with 5/8-inch interior diameter hose. You'll need approximately 1 3/8-inch hole for installation.

What I really appreciate about this vent is the thoughtful design. It includes 4 air holes for proper ventilation - crucial for preventing pressure buildup in your fuel system. The fine grinding mirror polishing gives it a precise, bright finish with excellent flatness. It looks professional and will hold up beautifully over time.

Installation is straightforward - no drilling or welding required, which is a huge plus for DIY boat maintenance. The package includes everything you need to get it installed properly. The mounting gasket and hardware are included, making this a complete solution rather than just the vent component.

This is one of those marine parts where quality really matters. A compromised fuel tank vent can lead to all sorts of problems from pressure issues to potential safety hazards. With this RANYUSS vent, you're getting marine-grade quality that will provide reliable performance season after season. The corrosion resistance means you won't be replacing this every few years like cheaper alternatives.

Perfect for various marine applications, whether you're working on a new build or replacing an old, worn-out vent. The attention to detail in the manufacturing and the quality of materials make this a smart choice for any serious boat owner.
