20-Pack Aluminum Welding Rods - 13 Inch Repair Rods For Electric Power & DIY Projects

If you work with aluminum or do metal repairs, these welding rods are an absolute essential to have in your workshop! This 20-pack gives you plenty to work with, and each rod measures 13 inches long with a 2mm (0.08 inch) diameter - a versatile size for most common aluminum repair jobs. What's really great about these rods is that you don't need separate flux powder - the aluminum alloy core and salt-based coating work together to create strong, reliable welds. The rods are designed for welding temperatures between 380°C to 400°C, and they work with various heat sources including propane torches and oxyacetylene setups. I've used these for everything from repairing aluminum furniture frames to fixing automotive parts to creating custom metal projects - the weld quality is consistently smooth and strong with good corrosion resistance. The aluminum material is non-toxic and odorless, which is important when you're working in enclosed spaces. These rods are particularly useful for electric power applications, chemical equipment, food industry repairs, and general DIY projects where you need to join aluminum components. The key to success with these is making sure your base metal is perfectly clean and heated to the proper temperature - once you get that right, the rods flow beautifully and create professional-looking welds. Having a 20-pack means you can tackle multiple projects without worrying about running out mid-job. Whether you're a professional welder or a DIY enthusiast working on aluminum projects, these rods deliver reliable performance at an affordable price. They're one of those workshop supplies that once you have them on hand, you find yourself using them for all kinds of repairs and creations. Definitely worth adding to your metalworking toolkit!
