Alright baseball and softball players, this Easton batting helmet with extended jaw guard is serious protection for serious hitters! The 2020 model in gold looks sharp while providing crucial protection for right-handed batters. The extended jaw guard gives you that extra coverage on your left side (for right-handed hitters) where foul balls and wild pitches most commonly make contact. What's really smart is the compatibility - this jaw guard fits perfectly with Easton's PRO X, Z5 2.0, Z5, and Alpha batting helmets, so you can upgrade your existing gear or replace a damaged guard. The construction feels solid and durable, capable of withstanding impacts from fast-moving balls while remaining comfortable to wear. The ventilation design keeps you cool during those hot games, and the interior padding provides a secure, comfortable fit without being bulky. I appreciate how Easton has designed this to offer maximum protection without obstructing your vision or limiting head movement when you're tracking pitches. The gold color stands out on the field while maintaining that professional look. Installation is straightforward if you're adding it to an existing helmet, and the secure attachment means it stays in place during vigorous activity. Whether you're playing competitive baseball, recreational softball, or coaching players who need reliable protection, this jaw guard delivers that peace of mind that lets you focus on your swing rather than worrying about safety. Easton is known for quality sports equipment, and this protective gear lives up to that reputation. Such an important piece of equipment for any serious player's safety on the field!
