Ametek Lamb 117507-00 Vacuum Cleaner Motor - 7.2 Inch 3 Stage 120V Replacement Motor

So if your vacuum cleaner's motor has given up the ghost, this Ametek Lamb replacement might be exactly what you need to bring it back to life. This is a 7.2-inch, 3-stage motor that runs on standard 120V power, and it's designed to work with specific models like the Nutone CV353, Nutone CV653, Air Master C95, Flo Master M19, and similar central vacuum systems. Now, replacing a vacuum motor isn't for everyone - you'll need some basic mechanical skills and tools - but if you're comfortable taking things apart and putting them back together, this could save you a ton of money compared to buying a whole new vacuum system. The BPT (whatever that stands for in motor terms) design means it's built to fit properly in the units it's made for. These aren't some cheap knockoff motors either - Ametek Lamb is known for making reliable replacement parts that actually last. Before you order, definitely double-check your current motor's specifications and model numbers to make sure this is the right fit. The installation process usually involves disconnecting the old motor, swapping some wiring connections, and securing the new one in place. If you're not confident doing it yourself, any appliance repair shop should be able to handle the swap pretty quickly. The cool thing about fixing rather than replacing is that you're keeping a perfectly good vacuum system out of the landfill, plus you know the replacement part is quality. These motors are built to handle the constant suction demands of central vacuum systems, so you shouldn't have to worry about it burning out quickly if installed correctly. Just make sure you follow any specific installation instructions for your particular vacuum model to avoid any issues.
